Snøfrisk with smoked salmon and fresh thyme


Snøfrisk® cream cheese was launched during the Olympic Games in Lillehammer, Norway in 1994. It is made from 80 percent goat’s milk and 20 percent cow’s cream.

So fresh that you can taste the mountain air...

The taste is tangy with a characteristic, mild taste of goat’s milk. No artificial colourants or preservatives are used. Snøfrisk® can be enjoyed on its own or used in everything from tapas and sandwiches to dips, salads, desserts, sauces and stews.

Snøfrisk® cream cheese

Made of 80 % goat’s milk and 20 % cow’s cream. The 125 g case/box is available in six flavours:
