Norvegia® Original

Norvegia® Original is matured for about 3 months before it finds its way into the norwegians' fridge. The flavour is mild, slightly tangy and aromatic, and the cheese features small holes. Norvegia® Original is a classic accompaniment to bread and crispbread – either on its own, or with ham, pepper or a delicious preserve. Norvegia® has good melting properties and a smooth consistency that makes it easy to slice, grate or cut into cubes. Norvegia® is a flavour enhancer that adds that little bit extra to both hot and cold dishes.
